Yummy summer dessert - Mango sticky rice is a traditional Southeast Asian and South Asian dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango, and coconut milk. We will learn how to make a delicious Thai dessert - Mango Sticky Rice. The students will follow me one step by one step to make the Dessert together. We will learn how to clean and prepare the ingredients, practice the ingredient's names in Chinese. We will tase the food and talk about how to greet people in Thai. Students can ask questions at any time. No Chinese language or cooking experience needed. Just your passion for Asian Culture and food. Have fun with me.

In this class, we will use a knife. cutting board, stove while cooking with parental guidance. The ingredients include Mango, Sticky Rice, Coconut milk, Rice flour. For learners with food allergies and food sensitivities, please read the ingredient carefully.

INGREDIENTS 1 cup glutinous sticky rice 3 mangos, cut into cheeks and sliced Rice soak: ½ cup coconut milk 1 tbsp white sugar ½ tsp salt Salted coconut sauce: 1 cup coconut milk 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp rice flour

I was born and raised in Shanghai, China. I obtained two diplomas in Early Childhood Education from Preschool Normal College of Shanghai in 1990 and KLC school of Education in Singapore in collaboration with Beijing Normal University of China in 2001.
