Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions and decimals, with word problems. We will practice modeling of the different skills, strategies to work on word problems, and plenty of practice!!

What will be taught?
In this fun class, student will be able to ask the teacher questions and review any material that relates to adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing decimals and/or fractions. Parents do have the option to re-book my class as many time as they like. Each time, I will create different activities that are reinforce decimals.
What topics will you cover?
Depending on the students' needs, we will meet for 40 minutes per class. Subjects that I am qualified to teach...To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.- Stu

MA in Childhood Special Education in grades 1st-6th. 10 years of teaching experience in both public schools and online.
Assessment
Frequency: Available upon requestDetails: As we work together, I will monitor my student's understanding of the material being taught. I will ask students questions to ensure my student comprehends the information. I also use games, songs, poems, youtube video clips and a discussion at the end of class.
Learners should only need a pen or pencil, paper and/or laptop computer. If something else is needed, I will message the parents and students.

There will be no inappropriate content in these tutoring sessions. I provide my classes with fun and educational activities, like youtube video clips, stories, games and prizes.
