In this 4 week class, your child will learn different ways to add. These methods help visual and kinesthetic learners solve addition problems more easily! As a class, we will practice using a specific method with addition problems and play a game to reinforce what was learned. The fourth class will be a fun time for your student to pick their favorite addition method and use it in this class as we practice addition problems in a variety of ways! Here is a schedule of the weeks broken down: Week 1: Using pictures to represent the math addition problems and help solve them. Weeks 2: Using Fingers to solve addition problems. Week 3: Using a number line to solve addition problems. Week 4 : Choose your favorite method and solve problems through games. Join me in this class as we learn to add in an easy way.

Hello! My name is Teacher Rachel and I am from Radford, VA of the USA. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and I have a lot of experience with kids! I have taught and tutored children of all ages for 10 years! I have also been an ESL online tutor for 3 years! I am excited to begin teaching and helping your child achieve their personal academic goals through tutoring. I tutor children 3 years of age to about 12 years old. I tutor in math , reading and writing.
