Description
Class Experience
Students will learn to add and subtract fractions with different denominators. Students will be able to write fraction number sentences based on a story problem. Students will be able to draw a model based on a given fraction expression. Students will use fractions to solve story problems.
No homework will be assigned.
1 file available upon enrollmentA one-page handout will be provided before the lesson. Students will need to bring the included handout, a pencil, and writing/coloring tools to draw fraction models.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
