This class will be taught by either Miss China or Miss Kim. These teachers bring over two decades of experience in education, and a wealth of expertise and dedication to their lengthy teaching careers. Throughout their journeys, they have both consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering academic growth and creating inclusive learning environments for students. Miss China’s tenure began in February 2004, where she embarked on her teaching career as a special education instructor in a brick-and-mortar public middle school. In this role, she adeptly modified assignments to cater to the diverse needs of her students, who were undergoing the transition from special education to mainstream classrooms.
Transitioning seamlessly between various teaching roles, Miss China expanded her repertoire by teaching computer classes to middle school students from 2009 to 2012, before transitioning to instructing English from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, she furthered her professional development by obtaining certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), opening doors to international teaching opportunities. For several years, she taught English as a secondary language to children aged eight through 16 in multiple countries, covering a broad spectrum of subjects including science, social studies, economics, business classes, math, and social-emotional learning (SEL). Miss China’s commitment to education led her to establishing her own accredited school in August 2022, recognized and accredited by CPD and a member of Cognia in pursuit of regional accreditation. Currently, Miss Kim is pursuing additional teacher licensing in social studies and science for both middle and high school to further enhance the quality and scope of education provided through this institution. Since March 2023, Miss China expanded her reach by offering independent teaching services on platforms such as Outschool, bridging the gap between traditional and online education. In 2024, she extended the offerings of her online school, Hip-Hop & Teach Academy, to the Outschool platform, providing a professional and dynamic learning experience to students worldwide.
