Reading gives children access to endless possibilities! In this ongoing course, learners will receive the attention that they deserve with 1:1 academic support to improve multiple areas in reading. Before sessions begin, we will have a conversation regarding your child's interests, academic strengths, and academic needs. I will then create plans to address your learner's areas of focus. During each session in addition to your child receiving academic support, social/emotional support will be included as I am committed to developing the whole child. Every session will include activities that promote positive life lessons! Possible Session Topics ~building background knowledge ~analyzing complex texts ~building vocabulary -reading comprehension Following the session, I will reach out to you to let you know what consisted of the lesson as well as your child's progress for the day! I believe communication is key in ensuring that every child is successful. I am looking forward to working with you and witnessing your child's growth!

Learners will be able to acquire skills that will improve their reading comprehension, vocabulary, stamina, and background knowledge!
