During our reading time, we will focus on vocabulary, reading comprehension skills such as the difference between fact and opinion, summarizing, main idea and details, sequencing, character traits. Students will learn how to comprehend what they are reading, new vocabulary words, and have a better understanding of various reading comprehension skills.
I have been in the classroom setting for four years teaching grade 2nd-5th teaching all subjects consisting of: math, reading, history, science, spelling, and grammar. I also have masters course work in elementary education.
