In this ongoing class, each week students will explore a new state to learn about its geography, agriculture, capital and culture.

In this ongoing class, each week students will learn about a new state from the United States of America. This class is an excellent opportunity to foster and gain knowledge of state facts and geography. We will explore topics such as the state capital, state flag/flower, agriculture of the region, food culture, dialect, and geography. Students will be able to record their findings on a notebook page as they work through the various states. Before each class, the teacher will announce the...
Students will be able to recall state facts such as capitals. Students will be able to list states in various geography regions. Students will be able to find various states of the a US map.
Each learner will be supplied with a notebook page to record their findings from class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
