A (Not TOO) Spooky Halloween Puzzle Escape Adventure

US Grade 1 - 3
Intermediate - Advanced Level
Students spend the whole day decorating their room for Halloween and fall sound asleep. They need to solve the eight puzzles to crack the secret code to unlock the front door to escape. The clues include counting the Halloween themed objects, a logic puzzle to find the missing object, finding the value and sum, circling the hidden spiders, guessing the hidden word to reveal a hidden picture, identifying the synonyms, ABC order, and double digit addition. Since this class is (not TOO spooky) I added pictures of non-scary Halloween objects, but there will be spiders, ghosts and witches. We solve the clues together as a class. I will give hints, guide and help when necessary so learners will be successful no matter their skill level. I am very flexible with class scheduling. If you would like to have this class at a different time or date than you see listed, please send me a message with the exact time and date and I will do my best to accommodate your learner. I look forward to helping your learner solve the clues. ~Teacher Sharon :-)

Hello! My name is Sharon, Teacher Sharon. I am both thankful and excited to have this opportunity to help children from all over the world have fun while learning. I love making learning fun!
I have my Masters of Education (MEd) and over 20 years of experience teaching and learning from children of all ages. I have experience as a nursery school director, a Kid's Club supervisor (twice) and a classroom teacher for Pre-K through high school. I have also taught technology, after-school elementary science classes, cupcake decorating, and brick building.
I am very fortunate to have grown up overseas and have lived all over the world. Some of my many passions include creating fun, educational classes, scuba diving, traveling, science, crafting, my precious dog, cat, fish and snails and of course teaching.
I like to keep class sizes small to help learners engage and participate. If your child is interested in any of my classes that are not currently scheduled, or if a different time or day would work better for you, please feel free to contact me.
Learning in my classroom is engaging, energetic, fun, enjoyable, upbeat and entertaining. "Your child won't want to leave at the end of class and will beg to come back for more." (That's my superhero catch phrase.)
NOTE: I am very flexible with class scheduling. If you are interested in one of my classes, but you don't see it listed on a day or time that you want, please find a class that is already listed when you want the class. Send me a message and I will do my best to switch the class that you want with the one that is already listed.
I look forward to helping your child have fun while learning. Have a wonderful day,
~Teacher Sharon🙂
