Students will improve their understanding of openness and discover tools to help with mindfulness and empathy.
I have overseen and guided classes consisting of 22 students in the implementation of mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Additionally, I served as a physical education coach for self-contained classrooms, offering support tailored to individual student needs. Furthermore, I have completed the "Yoga for Desk Workers & Students" course with Sarah Beth Yoga, enhancing my expertise in promoting wellness and mindfulness practices among students.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Appropriate for All: The seated yoga at the end of class will require an open space where students can move back from the desk/table. A warm-up will be given in the class. If there are any injuries or issues with any part of the body please inform me ahead of time so I can provide modifications.
