US Grade Preschool - 1
Your little learner will be introduced to farm life. This is a fun, interactive class where I encourage as much participation as possible. My farm will be the backdrop to show your child how my day is spent on the farm. From baby chickens, gathering egg, grumpy goats to how we keep all of our animals safe and happy. I hope they are filled with questions and ideas about what they would want on their farms! I hope to encourage children to love animals and the outdoors as much as I do. Bring your favorite animal to share with us! Hello, my name is Angela. I teach classes to all ages and abilities.
I love teaching in a low pressure, fun atmosphere. I believe the most rewarding aspect of learning is the gained ability to connect with others.
I have a BA in Child and Family Service, I am a certified librarian, with TESOL and TEFOL certifications, 25 years of teaching experience with varied ages and abilities. My specialty is helping children with anger/anxiety issues, along with neurodivergent students who may need a little extra support.
My passion is helping others fulfill their learning goals. I am a lifelong learner and love to pass that passion along to my students. My days begin with teaching children of all abilities. When I am not working, I am usually on my farm playing with my pigs, ducks and chickens. I can't forget my two dogs too!
As a mom of two, I know the importance of individualized lessons. Every child is different and it is my goal to teach how they learn. They need to leave my class feeling like they can add a new skill to their lives. Teaching is one more way to build confidence in my students and I love every moment of it.Reviews
