Do you have a goal to read more books? Let me help you reach that goal! In this flexible version of my live Book in a Week course, we will read a whole book in just one month! Twice a week, you will be assigned a section of the book Wonder by R.J. Palacio. After you read each section independently, you will complete an activity. Activities will include writing prompts, comprehension questions, and discussion posts. You will receive feedback from me within three days after you submit each activity. This course will take about a month to complete! Don't be scared by the number of chapters we will read per week - many of them are less than a page long! Week 1, Section 1: Begin book (Chapters 1-20) Week 1, Section 2: Chapters 21-31 Week 2, Section 1: Chapters 32-47 Week 2, Section 2: Chapters 48-63 Week 3, Section 1: Chapters 64-73 Week 3, Section 2: Chapters 74-81 Week 4, Section 1: Chapters 82-92 Week 4, Section 2: Finish the book! (Chapters 92-122) *This class will NOT have live meetings but students will use our Outschool classroom and Google Forms to complete assignments and interact with me. Students are expected to use their own copy or online version of the book. I am a special educator and welcome learners of all abilities, including those with Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD and more.
