In this one-time, live class, we will read a fun Pinkalicious book about Apples, dance to Pinkalicious and fall themed music, and then create a wonderful apple centerpiece!

In this live, one-time class, we will celebrate Apple season with a Pinkalicious book, dancing, and an apple centerpiece craft. We will begin with simple introductions of our names and our favorite way to eat apples! Following our introductions, we will read the story "Pinkalicious Apples, Apples, Apples." We will then get to dance to fall and apple themed music. Our Craft will be completed with simple supplies like an empty toilet paper roll, construction paper, scissors, tape and glue.

Parental Guidance
with any dance or exercise class, there are risks. It is important to make sure to have enough space for dancing, to wear proper attire, and have a water nearby. If there are any prior injuries or health concerns, please inform the instructor.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
