Get ready for 7th Grade Math! In this 2-week summer course, taught by a former elementary and current middle math school teacher, students will practice 6th Grade math concepts that are needed for 7th grade math success.

This summer camp is designed for rising 6th grade students who have already learned skills listed below in 6th grade, and are wanting to solidify these skills to get ready for 7th Grade. Students will master 6th grade math skills in order to be prepared for 7th grade math.
3rd-5th grades lead teacher/academic coach (3 years) 6th grade math teacher (6 years) 6th-8th grades reading and math interventionist (3 years)
I will provide the activity for class to print out 24 hours prior to the class.
Some classes we may play Blooket or Gimkit to review the skill. I will provide the link to the website, and students will join with a game code in which I provide. While students have the option to create a free Blooket or Gimkit account, it is not required to play the game.
