August 🖌️✏️ Multimedia Any drawing or painting supplies that you would like to experiment with. We will guide you in how to use them throughout class. We will sketch first and add color or shading accordingly. September ✏️ Pencil Drawing Drawing paper Pencil (a variety of drawing pencils are helpful but not necessary) Eraser Blending stump * optional October 🖌️ Watercolor Painting Watercolor or Mixed Media Paper - to prevent frustration this thick paper is best, thinner paper soaks up the water and wears holes into it quickly Pencil Eraser Watercolor Paint Soft Paint Brushes - a variety of sizes Water Cup Paper Towel Crayons or Oil Pastels * optional November 🖌️ Acrylic Painting Stretched canvas, canvas board, heavy duty paper, recycled materials such as the inside of a cereal box, etc. Pencil Eraser Acrylic Paint Paint Brushes - a variety of sizes Water Cup Paper Towel Placemat and/or apron are recommended December ✏️ Colored Pencil Drawing paper Pencil Colored Pencils Eraser January - May materials to be determined by student suggestions. ❓ If you have any questions about materials, please reach out and I can recommend specific brands in student or more advanced artist qualities to fit your needs and budget.
