US Grade 6
Beginner - Intermediate Level
Join me for a comprehensive 16-week course in 6th-grade math, designed to prepare students for 7th-grade math. This fast-paced course includes live meetings, guides, and worksheets. Homework is expected to be submitted weekly, and unit tests may be issued on Khan Academy. A final course review will be conducted to test your retainment of information and readiness for the next level (7th grade). This class is suitable for students with a basic understanding of elementary math such as multiplication, fractions, decimals, addition, and subtraction. If you need additional help, one-on-one tutoring is also available at an additional cost. Join today and get ready to excel in math! This is a live class that requires weekly attendance or watching class recordings if a class is missed. Homework is expected to be completed and can be submitted by sending an image, scan, or PDF. As this is a fast-paced 16-week course, it is essential to practice and complete homework outside of class to get the most out of the course. Parents are advised to ensure their child is doing their part outside of class. Unit tests may be issued on Khan Academy, and a final course review will be given to test student retention of information and readiness for the next level. The course uses both Khan Academy and outside worksheets, and students are welcome to message with any questions or concerns. Please note that the class may use Google Classroom to access recorded videos created by me, but no communication is done on these platforms. YouTube may be used as well depending on the topic. Watching these videos is not required but can be helpful. Interaction is only done through Outschool and live meetings. Students are welcome to message me at any time with questions or concerns, and it is important to be on time for live meetings. If no one joins after 10 minutes, the meeting will end.
