This class is part of a series of classes meant to provide opportunities for students to review and practice vocabulary concepts typically taught in fourth grade, specifically in regards to homophones and multiple meaning words. Learners will be given guided practice opportunities to identify and use homophones and words with multiple meanings. Please refer to the syllabus for more details about the schedule of concepts for this class. Please note that this is a multi-day class with a set schedule. Hello! I have been teaching in the public school setting for the past fifteen years, and tutoring privately for the past six years. I have worked with students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in math, reading, writing mechanics, American History, and beginning Spanish. I especially enjoy working with students in small groups or individually, and have recently developed skills as an online educator due to school closures. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching television and movies, and traveling with my family.
