Class Experience

US Grade 7 - 9
Intermediate Level
Advanced Beginner-Intermediate violin students will learn how to continue to use their skills and learn more difficult passages on their violin.

Each lesson will build on their last class, progressing at their level of proficiency.

Each class will begin with two and three octave scales and arpeggios, along with a warm-up , before getting into their current music.

We will continually be working on a classical piece of music and a more contemporary, or 'fun' piece.

Instrument taught at this level is violin only.

Come have some fun and learn some great music!

Learning Goals

Learners will be able to play through classical and other styles of music as they develop their proficiency for more complicated bowing and fingering techniques on their instrument.

Profile
Teacher expertise and credentials
I am an internationally trained violinist and have over 30 years of teaching experience. I teach students how to play as soloists, in ensembles and offer help with orchestral music. I have taught private, small group, and conducted youth orchestras and camps throughout the years both in person and online. Music comes from the heart, should be fun, and also challenging! Never stop learning!
