In this ongoing course, we will cover 3rd-grade Common Core math standards for a full year.
Class experience
US Grade 3
This class will cover all 3rd-grade Common Core math standards over the course of a year. We will meet during a live class once a week for 45 minutes and students will receive additional work/games/projects to go along with the unit for the week. Our class schedule will be as follows: Week of Aug. 28 Building and comparing 3-digit numbers in base ten Week of Sept. 4 (3.NBT.A.1) Rounding to the nearest 10s and 100s Week of Sept. 11 (3.NBT.A.2) Adding 3-digit numbers Week of Sept....
Students will learn and master all of the 3rd-grade Common Core Standards for math.

Homework Offered
There will be additional assignments and extra practice sheets given at the start of each week. These assignments will be completed individually and will be graded.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Learners will complete one graded assignment each week and receive a percentage grade. They are given an option of what assignment to complete for a grade to meet the needs of all types of learners.Grades Offered
A printer, paper, and something to write with will be needed weekly! There are optional projects and assignments that may require more materials, such has markers or playdough, but these are not required for class. They simply enhance learning! Those supply lists will be given with each optional assignment.
