In this class we will make Ice Cream. This recipe is so easy its just 3 ingredients. Please watch my video above. The format for this class is I do, we do, you do. I do: The teacher will give direct instruction. We do: Student will ask the students to repeat the next step. You do: The students will do the next step. The class will include: Introductions Recipe Wrap Up In this 3 ingredient ice cream class we will mix up a sweet treat. The students will need a hand mixer and all other ingredients will be listed here. This class also includes a fun indoor recess activity when we finish making the ice cream (if time allows). These games could include: Pictionary Would You Rather? What is in my bag? Dance Party and more! This is an I Do; You Do format class. Student will interact with each other during the second part of class when they are enjoying what they made. September I will focus on Ice Cream Look out for Part 2 of this class in October. This class includes a Virtual Farm Visit.

This class takes place in the kitchen. There will be the use of a stove, oven, tools (knives/ blender/ food chopper, handmixer ), hot and cold temperatures. A parent needs to supervise at all times.

2 cups heavy cream 1 can condensed milk 40 chocolate sandwich cookies plastic bag (large) bowls spoon rolling pin hand mixer deep baking dish.
