With a focus on practical life skills, this class will help students make informed decisions about their money and take control of their financial future. ▬▬▬▬▬▬ Class 1 ▬▬▬▬▬▬ What money is and how currency works A brief history of money How money works in the public sector vs. private sector Taxes Currency Exchange Rates Bankruptcy and how to avoid it Can money buy time, happiness or love? ▬▬▬▬▬▬ Class 2 ▬▬▬▬▬▬ How to set up a bank account Differences between Savings and Current accounts How interest works Credit and debit cards Credit ratings and how it affects you for life How to save and why this is important The best ways of using your money No required experience or knowledge is needed by the learners.
