30 mins in-class hours per weekHomework

After each class, students will have completed worksheets. They may or may not need more time to complete after class. I will absolutely provide feedback if a student messages me a photocopy of the worksheet.Class Experience
The idea of this class is to teach children how to plan and execute their own first small businesses. As an ongoing course, students can join the class any week to begin. While students who attend all topics receive a complete look at the foundation of their business, each week is an independent lesson that does not need information from the previous weeks. Classes are highly interactive: ♦ 4-Learner maximum per section ♦ Teacher-led group work ♦ Teacher-led independent work Please bring to each class: ♦ Printables posted to the classroom ♦ Pen and Paper ♦ Week 3: Colored Pencils/Markers In addition to weekly content, students will develop and practice: ♦ Mindset ♦ Interpersonal Communication ♦ Decision-Making ♦ Recognizing Social Norms ♦ Team Brainstorming and Development Growth After verification, I do not require videos to stay on. Communicating (verbal or chat) is critical to success of both the individual student and class. This class is inclusive. Please feel free to reach out with accessibility questions. Topics: Week 1 - 5/14/23: My First Business: What It Is Week 2 - 5/21/23: The Sales Pitch Week 3 - 5/28/23: Logo Ideas and Branding Week 4 - 6/4/23: What I Need to Start & Continue Week 5 - 6/11/23: Financing What I Need Week 6 - 6/18/23: Price & Earnings Week 7 - 6/23/23: Marketing Plan Please Note: Discussions about currency are U.S. Currency. Principles are the same worldwide, but I am unfamiliar with other currencies and costs/incomes in various locations. Parent assistance may be required. (Example: If I ask your child how much dog food costs and they guess $500, I wouldn't know if this was right or wrong in another country).
