For more than 15 years, I have dedicated my career to teaching in mainstream British primary schools, catering to the educational needs of children aged 4-11. In this extensive experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students, including those with additional needs and those classified as gifted and talented.

Over the past decade, I have held the position of Head of English at two distinct schools, where my role has been pivotal in steering progress and fostering achievement. As both a teacher and a leader, my unwavering focus has consistently been on facilitating academic excellence among children. I achieve this by implementing exciting and innovative lessons that captivate students' interest and inspire their learning journey.

Homework Offered
After consultation with the parent and only if it is appropriate for their learner.

If it has been agreed upon, then after each class the children will receive homework. Sometimes it will be to carry on the work that we have started independently and sometimes it will be a bespoke piece. If they choose to do this, then they can photograph and upload their work to the classroom and I will be more than happy to provide them with feedback at the start of the next session.

Assessments Offered
The children will be assessed throughout the course and given immediate feedback. 

Adults will recieve writeen communication at the end of each lesson about the learner's strengths and areas for improvement.
