1:1 Reading, Writing, & English Tutoring K-8Th

This is a one-to-one personal tutoring session with a certified elementary/middle school and certified ESL teacher. This class is 45 minutes, but if you are looking for less time, check out my 25-minute class, or message me for times. The class will be specifically designed to meet the needs of the learner. When you enroll, you will be sent a welcome message asking questions about what you would like me to focus on. Then I will get to work designing an individualized plan for your learner. 

In this class you can choose to focus on reading, comprehension, fluency, phonics, spelling, writing, homework help, or a combination of skills. As a certified ESL teacher, I welcome learners ready to learn English or advance their skills. 

Example Topics: 
Beginning reading skills: Phonics, CVC words, Blends, Digraphs
Comprehension Skills through Reading
Writing: Compare and Contrast two Short Stories; Personal Narratives; Summarizing Fiction and Non-Fiction
ESL: Any of the above skills can be modified for an ESL Learner 

As a certified teacher with many years of experience, I have multiple ways to teach different concepts. I use games, activities, and visuals to help keep students engaged. 

Each session is 45 minutes with only one learner. 

This is an ongoing weekly class, but you are welcome to start and stop at anytime. If you do not see a time that works for you, please message me.
