This is an "as needed" tutoring class. Students can bring homework to the sessions or I can create activities to help with topics that students are struggling with. Tutoring sessions are catered to the individual needs of the student.

Beginner - Advanced Level
Students are able to bring any homework or other materials to our sessions. If students do not have those items, I will create lessons and activities to help reinforce what the student is currently learning or needs more support with. The topics will vary based on student needs and the class is structured to meet on an "as needed" basis. Once I have taught the student a topic, we will use repetition of similar questions to get students comfortable with the material. Some of that repetition may include general worksheets or PDF file games or even interactive digital games. Topics that can be covered but not limited to: - Integers - Rational/Irrational Numbers -Expressions, Equations, Inequalities -Proportions -Graph & Data -Slope & Equations -Probability -Interest -Fractions -Statistics

This tutoring caters to every child's individual needs. I work with students of all learning needs. Sessions are created based upon the learning style of the student and what tools they need to be successful.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hello! My name is Mrs. Schulz and I teach a variety of classes! I am currently a high school special education mathematics teacher, but I have experience in a variety of grades! Before becoming a high school teacher, I taught in elementary and middle schools too. My teaching certifications are General Education Birth-Grade 6 with a concentration in mathematics for grades 5-9, Special Education Birth-Grade 12, and a minor in American Sign Language. I’m looking forward to teaching a variety of math courses to different grade levels, teaching sign language, and various executive functioning skills on Outschool. I truly believe that every child learns differently, but petition and practice is what every student needs to be successful. That is why I provide as much practice as possible in all my curriculum courses. I offer both live and flex classes so that your students needs can be met based on their learning style and schedule. A fun fact about.myself is that I love to travel! I am also a huge Disney fan and am an annual pass holder! My favorite character is Olaf.
