1:1 Personalized English Language Arts Tutoring With Certified English Teacher!

This class is for one-on-one English Language Arts (writing, grammar, reading comprehension, and spelling) tutoring with a certified English teacher. Content will be based upon learner's needs, as determined by parent and teacher. 

Prior to our one-on-one sessions I will consult you about your child's current level and determine a "game plan" to achieving his or her goals during our time together. I can create customizable lessons based on their specific needs, or can assist them on their writing/English language arts assignments from school.

I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a double minor in Spanish and Philosophy. I am certified to teach English, Social Studies, Science, and Math for grades 1-8. I have classroom experience teaching 7th and 1st grade English Language Arts.

My regularly scheduled work hours are  Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8pm Central Standard Time and 11pm Central Standard Time. Friday and Saturday Classes are extremely limited and are available upon request. If you do not see a time slot that accommodates your schedule, please message me! 

I firmly believe that teachers have one of the biggest impacts on a child's life. My 8th grade English teacher is a testament to this influence and is the sole reason I became a teacher. She exuded passion and made her students feel special and confident. In my classroom, I incorporate games and personal touches to reach all learners. I am known for being fun and fostering meaningful relationships with my students. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: This is a one-on-one class, which means this time is specifically reserved for your child. As such, missed classes and last minute cancellations will not receive a refund. Outschool's Limited Refund Policy applies to this class.
