Ready to fall in love with painting?
In this PRIVATE paint a long class, the student will work one on one with me ( Mrs. Muse ) to create a painting of your puppy.
( A general puppy Painting or other animal can also be chosen from my "By request" Outschool gallery )

Please send me a class email message a minimum of 24 hours PRIOR with the puppy breed and fur and eye color you'd like to create!
This needs to be established at minimum 24 hours in advance of our scheduled class for supply prep and communication. Thank you.
All class time will be used for instruction, so supplies ( including paints ) must be set up prior to entering the waiting room.

Students will follow along step by step, as I paint each detail.
I will demonstrate how the paint colors work together and we'll layer these to create beautiful paintings with depth.
Students will learn painting terminology and some easy to remember techniques to use in their own artwork.
If they choose, students can always share their masterpiece at the end of the class.
Some may prefer to upload via a file in the classroom once completing their amazing "final" touches.
It's really exciting to see how proud they are of their work.
Watch their skills improve with each painting they create!
PLEASE NOTE:
Cameras will be asked to be on during class for attendance purposes.
As you know, Outschool classes are specifically for children.
Per Outschool's policy, each painter must be registered separately.
One student per class for 1:1
To respect the privacy of children as well as my art, I have elected to not share videos of my paint -a-long classes.

ACRYLIC PAINTS Basic colors are recommended to have on hand. Having Extra white on hand is recommended for color mixing during class. * Your specific Color list for your puppy will be provided once you have messaged me the breed or a photo of your puppy. Painting choice required to be messaged over to me 24 hours or more prior to start of your scheduled class time. Thank you. Before Entering waiting room: Please use this checklist below to make sure you are prepared and we can jump right into the fun of painting! Protected table surface Paint smock/ clothes required and long hair should be tied back. 11x14 Maximum surface such as Canvas /canvas panel /canvas paper /watercolor paper/thick multi- media paper/wood *Please note, the structure/ timing of the class is geared toward SPECIFICALLY 11x14 or smaller . This manageable size allows for ample time to work on each step, and for all levels of painters to enjoy success. 4 SHORT HANDLED brushes : (flexible, synthetic bristles please) 3/4 “ or 1 " Flat wash brush .Medium sized ROUND brush ( size 8 ) Small sized /Detail ROUND brush with a nice point. ( size 3 or 4) smaller angled flat brush 2 Bowls of water EXTRA paper towels AND old cloth to wipe off excess paint. 2 Paper plates ( one for paints one for mixing colors if necessary ) Optional: palette instead of a paper plate for paints In our first lessons together , Painting flat on a protected table surface is recommended. Please position ALL supplies on same side of table NEXT TO the hand you paint with . Computer /device should be faced directly ahead OR on the opposite side of painting hand for head- on viewing of the student progress.
