Class Experience
US Grade 7
In this class, learners will be given guided practice problems to practice skills and concepts with integers typically taught in seventh grade. This should not be the student's first exposure to this mathematical operation. Students will be given immediate feedback, guided error correction, and reteaching as needed during the class. Learners can also bring homework or assignments from school or other classes that involve integers to work on together. Concepts and skills can include any of the following: •Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division with Integers •Evaluation of Expressions with Integers Using Order of Operations Please schedule your sessions carefully, as missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Hello! I have been teaching in the public school setting for the past fifteen years, and tutoring privately for the past six years. I have worked with students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in math, reading, writing mechanics, American History, and beginning Spanish. I especially enjoy working with students in small groups or individually, and have recently developed skills as an online educator due to school closures. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching television and movies, and traveling with my family.
