In this class, learners will be given guided practice problems to practice skills and concepts with integers typically taught in sixth grade. This should not be the student's first exposure to this mathematical operation. Students will be given immediate feedback, guided error correction, and reteaching as needed during the class. Learners can also bring homework or assignments from school or other classes that involve integers to work on together. 

Concepts and skills can include any of the following:
•Integers on a Number Line
•Opposite Integers
•Absolute Value
•Compare and Sequence Integers

Please schedule your sessions carefully, as missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Pre-Requisites

Learners should have a good understanding of multiplying and dividing before attending this class.

Supply List

Learners should bring something to write with to each class meeting.

External Resources

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
