US Grade 2 - 6
This is a one-time class that is buildable for multiple sessions depending on your wants and your child's academic needs. The first session will be an evaluation to assess what areas your student needs help with the most. The results of the evaluation will allow me to create a detailed and specialized plan to assist your student in bridging the gap of their deficits to allow them to have a stronger reading foundation going into the next school year. If your student simply needs a refresher with fluency, comprehension, or vocabulary this class could also be a great fit for you. I will design the session to meet your child's specific academic needs. In this class, I can utilize a book/novel to sneak in some foundational reading work or we can work on reading worksheets. It is whatever will best fit your child and give the best outcome. If you do not see a day or time that works for your family, please reach out to me an I will do my best to meet your families needs. Learning Goals
Students will improve and gain a broader understanding of reading comprehension skills which can be vital for any grade level. Students will improve their fluency (how they read), ability to sound out words, and expression while in this class.

Supply List
Students will need a highlighter, pencil, paper, and possibly a book (if we decide that is the best option) and or access to a printer to print material out. If you do not have the ability to print, we can work around this obstacle.
