1 to 1 ELA 3-8Th Regular or Bilingual (Spanish/English) Tutoring
Come and explore new worlds through the different literary and informational genres. In my tutoring/ classes I use technological applications like nearpod , quizlet, and kahoot among many others to engage students and to check for mastery.

Beginner - Advanced Level
In this 1 to 1 sessions we will cover a variety of literary, poetry and nonfiction text and elements. During our lessons students will get a chance to read, write and understand the different type of texts. First, we will practice new vocabulary words from the concept and the story to integrated in our lesson. Students will analyze the story , discuss different elements and support them with evidence through oral and written responses. We will then provide our guided practice with a gradual...
To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.This class is taught in English.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville and hold a Bachelors degree in education. I hold a teaching certificate in the state of Texas for the following: Elementary core subjects, Generalist 4th-8th, Spanish k-12 , Social Studies 8-12th and ESL .
