Personalized Digital Animation Lessons With Procreate Dreams

In this exciting 1-on-1 tutoring class, students will embark on a creative journey through the world of digital animation using Procreate Dreams. They will dive into the fundamentals of animation, learning how to bring their ideas to life with dynamic movements and engaging storytelling. From the very first lesson, students will start by navigating the Procreate Dreams interface, becoming familiar with the software’s tools and features. As they gain confidence, they will learn how to design their own unique characters, keeping animation principles in mind from the start.

Throughout the course, students will explore key animation techniques such as squash & stretch, key frames, and timelines. They will also dive into the process of creating a storyboard, allowing them to plan their projects and brainstorm ideas that will guide their animations. As students begin to develop their animated stories, they will learn how to create backgrounds and environments that fit their narrative, bringing their entire animation project to life.

The class is structured to support each student's individual needs and pace, with personalized attention and guidance every step of the way. Lessons will be hands-on, with students applying what they learn directly in Procreate Dreams to create their animation projects. The course is designed to be fun, engaging, and student-centered, ensuring that each student feels supported as they explore their creativity.

After explaining a concept, we’ll work together on exercises that allow students to put their learning into practice immediately. We suggest at least 6 sessions so students will have a solid understanding of digital animation techniques and will have completed their own animated story from start to finish.
