Beginner Level
This class will help your child gain the reading skills they need to become confident readers! This class has been designed for kids ages 6-8 and the focus will be on learning phonics and practicing different methods of sounding out words. The goal is to help them read better so that they will enjoy reading and then they will read for enjoyment. To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.Homework Offered
I just ask that parents read beginner books with the learners between the tutoring sessions. Just a few minutes is all that is necessary.Assessments Offered

It's good for learners to have beginning reader books at home, so they can practice reading outside of the tutoring sessions. I recommend Bob Books and decodable readers from eps.schoolspecialty.com. I also recommend the Usborne Phonics Readers. You might be able to find them on Amazon.
