Creative writing is a form of self expression. I believe children should be able to take their characters that they create through many different paths, challenges and victories and should also take their readers into a journey as well. ✨ In the 6 week course, your child will learn different animals and will have the opportunity to pick one of the animals (they are going to have a go at drawing them too!) 🦁🐬🦄🦖 🔘 Learners will learn how to write a a powerful title & blurb 🔘 Learners will draw their own front cover of their books 🔘 Learners to create chapters for their mini book as a mini author! Your child will also develop their 🔅Grammar, 🔆Vocabulary with word banks so their stories sound professional and enticing, 🔅Understanding the effect of the use of punctuation, 🔆Knowledge on building descriptive relationships to make readers feel sympathetic of characters. ✅ Your child will learn the structure of a story and will be able to create suspense by using English literature techniques that they will be learning in their future education. I'm so passionate about teaching children creative writing. Creative writing is a form of expressive, just like art! I believe children should be able to take their characters that they create through many different paths, challenges and victories. 💎 Creative writing develops so much cognitive skill and facilitates a growth mindset within education.
I’m so excited to teach themed creative writing classes such as:

My teaching philosophy is why not use children’s interests to teach them quality skills. Your future author does not need to be bored! Never in my class. 😝
I graduated with a globally recognised International Diploma Career-Related Programme in Health and Social Care, Further Maths, English Literature, Visual Arts and French as an additional language. I have a Bachelor's of Social Sciences and Professions in Primary Education. Primary Education PGCE with qualified teacher status (QTS). I have obtained an accredited Teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) 150 hours through a company TEFL Universal.
All lessons are catered and considered for all learners, some may be more gifted therefore, extra tasks must be given to extend their knowledge or practical skills. Pace of the lesson is also something I truly believe in, taking our time to learn together, will allow us to learn from each other's ideas and concepts in a safe and welcoming environment.
