In this class I will teach you how to make award winning cinnamon rolls. Day 1: we will make the dough, and then let it rest in the fridge overnight. (This class is actually about 30 minutes long) Day 2: we will get to add the yummy filling and prep for baking. Then we'll make the frosting so it's ready after you bake those sweet buns. (This class is actually about 60 minutes long) By the evening of day two you'll be able to bake your rolls, let them cool and frost them with that frosting...
Students will learn a new recipe that they can enjoy with their family.
I have been baking for over 20 years and have won multiple compitions for baked goods.
