In this ongoing class, we will learn age-appropriate basics of American Sign Language in a fun, interactive way. Each class will include alphabets, numbers, signs, and sentences, so your child will be signing from their very first class and there is no need to worry about starting at the right time.

We will discuss proper handshape, palm orientation, location, movement, and facial expressions to form and express the signs. In this class, I use English while teaching ASL, so early education concepts will naturally be reinforced in this class. This includes singing and signing the alphabet and using sight words for letter introductions and fingerspelling practice.   

I will incorporate pictures, videos, games, and songs as I teach the ASL signs.  You will also see special appearances from our friend Rocky.  

You can join me in class anytime or come each week for a full beginner-level ASL and English experience.
