Students will learn self-understanding that will help with self-growth; develop an affirmation; and learn to guide body & mind to deeper levels of relaxation and consciousness, where tensions (physical, mental & emotional) may be released to find a place of inner harmony and peace.  This class is a good antidote for daily living stress.

Learner will need a completely quiet space in the home without any interruption and unnecessary electronics where they may practice in serenity.  They will need a mat or a blanket to lie down.  Students may want to have  the following props: a blanket (in case they get cold), an eye pillow (they may use a small, folded towel), and a bolster (they may use a a pillow or cushion).   Student is encouraged to keep a notebook & pen handy to write down at the end of the practice any concepts that resonate with him/her in a positive way.
