Learners will explore ways to manage anxiety using yoga and mindfulness practices.
As a mental health practitioner and a certified kids yoga teachers, that currently supports the wellbeing of students in schools, I have the understanding and knowledge needed to help students improve their wellbeing through the use of yoga and mindfulness.

Students will be encouraged to practise the mindful exercises they learn outside of classroom.
