In this one-time course, students will use the RACE strategy (Restate, answer, cite, and explain) to improve their writing. This is suited for upper elementary and middle school learners to improve academic writing and citing sources. The RACE strategy is a tool for essay writing beginners and sets them up to formulate introductory paragraphs.
