This is a one-on-one writing class designed to build writing skills - whether it is beginning writing or more advanced writing. It will address different areas, such as sentence structure, paragraph structures, kinds of paragraphs, grammar, spelling, puncuation, and the writing process. Teacher will also look for and identify areas of weaknesses and address those areas. Teacher will meet learner at his/her current abilities and work to show improvement and master certain skills. This is a hands on class. Learner will be required to participate - both writing, reading and speaking.

Hello my name is Rhonda, and I love the art of teaching and learning. I have been an educator for over 20 years. Although I am certified to teach grades K5-8 all subjects, I also work with young adults who are entering college for the first time and those who are reentering college at an older age. My main areas of interest are centered around Reading, English and Writing. I have taught English Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, History, Writing and Math. I love the art of teaching and learning. I believe that all students can learn and all students can and should enjoy success in learning. I love fun projects where I can impact the lives of others.
