This class is for learners that would like to know more about the world, craft, and socialize. During each lesson, we will take a look at the part of the world that we are travelling to. Students will learn some fun facts about each place and then we will spend the rest of the class making our craft (crafts usually include scissors, glue, construction paper, markers, and paint). I will facilitate the lesson with information and questions for each country. We will discuss various things...
I am a certified elementary school teacher and have taught social studies every year. I have backpacked through many countries around the world. This has given me the chance to really learn about and appreciate each one of them. I research every country heavily before teaching the class. I also use my contacts from around the world as references.
Here is a list of basic materials you will need for the crafts: - construction paper - scissors - glue - paint and paint brush - markers
