Assessments are a crucial part of measuring student progress and understanding. Here's how assessments are structured: Weekly Pretests and Posttests: Each week, students will take a pretest to gauge their initial understanding of the new vocabulary. At the end of the week, a posttest will review the same content, helping both students and the teacher assess what has been learned and what needs further review. End-of-Unit Tests: After completing all the weekly lessons in a unit, students will take a comprehensive unit test. This test serves to consolidate all the vocabulary and concepts learned throughout the unit.

Most materials needed are provided digitally to ensure ease of access and convenience. Here are the details of the materials required:

Digital Access: Learners will need access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet connectivity to access the course materials via Peardeck, where interactive slides and handouts are posted weekly.

Optional Physical Copies: For students who prefer to have physical copies of the course materials, PDF versions of the handouts will be available. These can be printed at home.

Stationery: Basic stationery such as notebooks and pens for note-taking and completing exercises might be helpful, though not strictly necessary as all submissions can be completed digitally.
