We love Moms! Join Aunt Sam as we read "Mars needs Moms!" Milo doesn't get it: What's the big deal about moms? They're just slave-driving broccoli bullies. Yet Moms are worshiped the world over and perhaps even the galaxy over-because here come Martians and they're after one thing only: MOMS. Milo's mom in particular! How do you need your MOM? After reading the book, we will summarize and discuss what we learned or liked about the book. We will then take turns sharing about our Moms, what they do for us and what WE can do for them! What we will do or what did you do for your Mom on Mother's Day! Lots of fun! Teacher facilitates read aloud of Picture Books. Engages students in discussion of story events. Activity: Share their favorite part or character. Complete a drawing of their Mother and Share.
