Attendees will • develop an understanding of how perception dictates reality • acknowledge there is a difference between how we perceive self, how others perceive us, and how we perceive others’ perception of us • come to realize self through recognition of one’s strengths, accomplishments, and talents • access the power within to be comfortable, proud, and confident with who they are by making strides to be who they are meant to be
With over three decades of experience as a teacher, trainer, and coach, Mr. LeCara has dedicated his career to guiding individuals of all ages in living authentically and unlocking their full potential. His passion lies in empowering others to embrace their true selves and lead fulfilling lives.

Ongoing handouts will be posted for students. It is recommended that students have a notebook for note taking, recording observations, and for journaling.
