每週私人數學補習（多日）

I am a certified math teacher with two decades of experience tutoring math privately and in small groups. I will go at your learner's pace and use a variety of teaching methods and mnemonics to make math fun and easy to learn. I encourage a deeper understanding of math concepts to improve confidence and retention. I can teach any age level or math subject. In this weekly private tutoring class, I will help your child develop a deeper understanding of math concepts and the confidence that brings. I can help with homework, extend on subjects, or teach subjects.

I can help your learner with concepts and materials he/she brings to class. Or, if you tell me ahead of time what you want us to cover, I can provide material as well. This ongoing class also provides more individualized instruction. I use visuals, mnemonics, real-world examples, and the “I do, We do, You do” model to encourage retention and build confidence. My classroom is a safe, supportive environment where students learn problem-solving skills. Every child can succeed with guidance and encouragement. 

If you can tell me some of your learner’s math background before class, it will help make the sessions more effective. What grade is he/she in? What concepts of math is he/she very good at or like? What concepts of math does he/she need to work on or dislike? What is your main goal for these sessions? (Homework help, classwork help, review, school prep, etc…)

This class is very flexible. I can do different time-lengths, from 25 minutes up. I can do a set number of days, from two classes through the rest of the year. I can also do 1 to 7 days a week. Please let me know if you have any questions.
