This tutoring class will help your learner if they are needing fundamental math for 5th, 6th, or 7th grades, or they are ready for Pre-Algebra basics (8th) Tutoring is available for 9th grade (Algebra 1). Your learner can gain a strong foundation for middle school math concepts through this ongoing course. Miss Gail can structure a curriculum of concepts needed at your level for you. Learners will practice concepts that meet national standards at their developmental level. Appropriate challenge will be presented to create complex problem solving to develop your learner further.
I have had students in the public and private school setting K-12 for over 25 years. I was an elementary public school teacher for 1st and 3rd grades for several years. I then taught 4th and 5th grades in private school for over a decade. I homeschooled my own children for several years through a local hybrid school. Currently, my time is spent in the private school setting teaching mathematics to middle and high school students, 7-12. I hold a current Master of Arts in Education degree from a large university in the state of Missouri.
