The learning goals for this cloud course will be to introduce the student to concepts about how and at what level clouds form in the atmosphere and the associated weather hazards that may impact ground and aviation operations. There will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information about the different cloud features. The desire of the teacher is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions pertaining to clouds. There will be no assigned home work in this class and the teaching style will be lecture via power point material with a few questions asked of the students.

The students will learn about the different types of clouds, at what levels they form, and aviation associated weather with clouds.
