Beginner - Intermediate 等級
Let's learn sight words and their definitions. When children recognize sight words within three seconds, they are also more likely to comprehend what they are reading. Children who are able to instantly recognize sight words are more likely to be confident readers because over 50-70 percent of the general English text is made up of sight words. Students will learn sight words weekly as I incorporate flash cards, games and other fun ways of learning into each class. I like to use a visual and auditory approach to teaching coupled with positive reinforcement for my learners. Students should know their ABCs before taking this course.

The learning goals include expanding vocabulary, teaching correct spelling of sight words, developing phonemic awareness, improving reading fluency, enhancing writing skills, boosting listening comprehension and fostering a love for reading.
