It's not just a workshop it's a party! Join us for good music and good vibes as we learn how to set goals and create a vision board. Not just any board but learn how to create a Vision Board that speaks to you! During this one hour interactive and engaging workshop we will discuss what our goals are, how to set them, what makes up a great vision board, and how to get your board to work for you! Grab your pen, paper, board (poster board or cork board), magazine, glue, & scissors and lets get to work! (pssss...you can find all these great items at the dollar tree :)

I am a graduate of Florida International University (Go Golden Panthers!) AND Florida State University. (Go Seminoles!) I have Masters in the fields of both Criminal Justice and Public Administration. I have worked in the field of public safety for over 15 years. I am a certified defensive tactics and group fitness instructor. I love to run long distance, ride bike, and teach personal development workshops. One of my short term goals is to complete a triathlon by 2022.
My passion has always been helping kids become strong leaders by focusing on goals, vision, decision making, and building healthier habits.
