課堂經歷
This self-paced class is for students who are feeling low levels of confidence and may have experienced some bullying. Students will learn tools to help them form a friendship with themself and feel true love for who they are and what they offer the world. In this course, students will learn tools to help them feel more love for themselves, tools that help them to feel positive as they learn and grow from their challenges, and tools to help them feel more peaceful and confident. This is not therapy by any means.

Learning to Love Me, Myself, and I
This lesson is focused on tools to help you become aware of the gifts you have to offer the world and to honor all of you, even the parts you don't like. You will learn tools to help you feel true friendship and admiration for yourself. Loving yourself is important for keeping bullies away. You are not an easy target when other people see and feel your confidence and love for yourself.

Self-Love Art Activity
In this lesson, you will get creative while focusing on your unique self. You will create a finger print collage of your personality traits, desires, passions, etc. with drawings and words.

Awareness of Self-Talk
In this lesson, you will deepen your self-love by becoming aware of the negative self-talk that circles your mind and swapping it out for positive self-talk.

The Power of Mantras
In this lesson, you will learn how to use mantras as a way of instilling a feeling inside of you such as feeling safe, happy, and peaceful.
